    Platform

Our flagship service is a social media platform where anyone can easily engage in live broadcasting and communication anytime, anywhere. Revenue generated from the platform consists of donation-based economy gift and functional items such as Quick View. The donation-based economy is a business model that supports content streamers by sponsoring their creations on a regular or irregular basis and is our main source of revenue. We have also been continuously expanding the donation-based economy ecosystem by launching Quick View and functional items that allow users to immediately enter a room full of viewers. This business model of SOOP is being benchmarked not only in Korea but also by global platforms, and has become a core business model in the live streaming industry.

SOOP provides advertising services that align with the marketing concepts of various advertisers by utilizing its platform and infrastructure. In addition to banner, search, and traditional video advertisements, SOOP also offers ad products, where users can directly participate in ad campaigns to make donation to streamers, and produces content-based advertisements, where users create and broadcast content for brands or specific products. For platform ads, we support efficient and effective ad execution through an open ad platform that allows real-time bidding and effectiveness analysis. Content-based advertising continues to grow in a variety of areas, from eSports league creation to live commerce, leveraging the powerful community of streamers and their fans.
