Human Rights Training for Streamers
SOOP operates a dedicated educational page to train streamers. The page provides guidance on creating broadcasts for new and junior streamers, along with detailed information on human rights protection, including topics such as violation of others’ rights, defamation, harmful content for children, and illegal broadcasting. Our goal is to encourage streamers to comply with SOOP’s operating policies, and to help them avoid any obstacles in their future careers.

Grievance System
SOOP ensures the basic human rights and dignity of all stakeholders, including employees, streamers, and users, and supports a safe and comfortable broadcasting and working environment through its grievance system. The system includes special procedures to handle various grievances in prompt and accurate manner, and optimized specialized systems and rules to protect the privacy and rights of streamers. In addition, to protect the youth from harmful information, SOOP has designated a youth protection officer and a person in charge of youth protection and provides necessary communication networks.

Human Rights Impact Management in the Organization
SOOP conducts human rights training for employees to foster a corporate-wide culture of human rights management. In addition to mandatory trainings on disability awareness, sexual harassment prevention, and workplace bullying prevention, we have developed and provided guidelines to promote mutual respect in the workplace. We also operate HR_ON, an internal grievance channel for employees to consult on issues such as workplace discord, sexual harassment, and bullying.
